We have worked with Yorkshire Caravans since 2019, following a recommendation. We created them a brand new eCommerce solution that fit the business needs. The shop was implemented in Magento 2, and existing products were imported from the customer’s old platform via a custom importer tool that mutated their data into the correct format.
As the business requirements changed, under Yorkshire Caravan’s growth strategy, it became clear that the website would benefit from a refresh.
Changes we have made to the site encourage customer engagement. We have integrated 3rd party applications such as Klaviyo to follow up on abandoned baskets and interests in sectors of the company. Product stock information is kept up to date via a bespoke integration with YC’s internal POS.
We continue to work with the team at Yorkshire Caravan’s on their digital marketing strategy, implementing new features, creating email flows and keeping the website up to date with the latest news, products and offerings.
