We were contacted by the team at Rockshop Wholesale, after their existing provider was no longer providing Magento 2 support, and they were experiencing an issue with their existing Magento 2 website. By the power of Google, they had found us, via a blog we had written, explaining how to fix the issue!
Since working alongside the team we have made several changes to the website, including a new refreshed homepage design. We’ve introduced new eCommerce add-ons to enhance the UX and to ensure that orders and internal stock systems are communicating as we would expect.
We have also worked closely with Rockshop Wholesale on their email Marketing via Klaviyo. We’ve conducted data cleansing & sunsetting campaigns which allows us to deliver regular strategic email campaigns, as well as automated messages to customers, in order to boost conversions and drive sales.
We provide regular eCommerce website maintenance and are on hand to assist the eCommerce team with any queries and support they may need whilst using the Magento 2 eCommerce platform and the associated third party extensions.
