O2’s twitter account has had to put up with some shocking abuse regarding the network failure however they’ve managed to put a positive spin on the tweets with cracking responses.

This has been an excellent example of how the consumer voice can be heard and how if you are not properly utilising social media could fall foul of bad press. O2 have managed to come out looking alright in my opinion, responding to so many tweets individually was a great PR move.
