Adding a custom domain to your Shopify store helps establish brand credibility and provides a seamless shopping experience for customers. Whether you’re connecting an existing domain or purchasing a new one, Shopify makes the process straightforward. How to connect your domain to Shopify

  1. Go to the  “Domains” tab in your Shopify admin 
  2. Click on the “Connect existing domain” button
  3. Enter your domain name in the “Domain name” field
  4. Click on the “connect domain” button 

You can add up to 20 domains or subdomains to your Shopify Store, if your store is on the Shopify Plus then you can add to 1,000 domains or subdomains. When you add a domain to Shopify using any method, a new TLS certificate is automatically created for free.
