Competition Terms & Conditions

The competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

From time to time competition prizes may contain food items, we cannot be held responsible for any illness or health issues resulting from the use of these items; Any food items are unopened within their original packaging and are purchased within sell by date. Please refer to individual packaging for nutritional information and allergens before consuming any food products. Some items may contain nuts.

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over (unless otherwise stated) except employees of Design that fits Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competitions.

By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person, unless otherwise stated.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any other personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.

The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Design that fits Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

Prizes will be posted to a UK address (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands). From time to time we offer overseas entries to our competitions and this will be stated on the original competition post.  If the winner requires postage to an overseas address or the Scottish Highlands and Islands, we may ask for the winner to cover postage costs.

Winner will be notified via a social media platform, if the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to re-draw the competition and select replacement winner.

Competition winners will be selected at random.

We can not guarantee prizes will be delivered by a certain date, although we will try our best to get them to the winner as soon as possible.

Design that fits LTD can not be held responsible for any accident or injury that may result from any product received in our giveaways.
